Student-organized Hackathon in Dortmund

DO!Hack is an interdisciplinary hackathon organized by a team of students from the very heart of Ruhrgebiet in Dortmund. You are a designer, developer, electro-technican, maker, master mind Chuck Norris, beginner or you want to dive into the world of hackathons? DO!Hack is your event.

By experience we know that projects with a variety of students from different fields are more exciting, successful and open new perspectives.

We focus on students and pupils who are at least 18 years of age. In our opinion hackathons are a chance to get to know new things and experience teamwork but also to learn from mistakes in a secured environment.

During the event 200 applicants have 24 hours to develop a project in a team with up to 4 members. We will not specify the projects. Feel free to bring your ideas. But don’t panic. Most ideas are evolving throughout the hackathon. Of course, you can also talk to our sponsors for inspiration. Also, if you run into any problems during the development, we’ll have a whole lot of mentors to help you. You’ll definetely find something that picks your interest.
